Investment
Entrepreneurs recognize great opportunities, but sometimes have trouble getting financing from a traditional bank to turn the opportunity into a reality for different reasons:
Your business is a start-up
You haven’t been in business very long
You’ve had a minor credit issue
You have limited equity or collateral
The business real estate may be contaminated
If any of the reasons listed above are preventing you from getting a conventional loan, Bear Paw Development can help.
We offer commercial loan services designed to help your business venture become a reality:
Loans of varying sizes, starting at only a few thousand dollars up to several hundred thousand dollars
No prepayment penalties
Fixed interest rates
Flexibility on equity and collateral
Longer loan terms to help keep your payments low
Commitment
Give us a call. Ask us questions. Tell us about your project. We’ll help you get the best financing package for your commercial needs, because successful businesses create strong economies.
