Business Revitalization Loan Fund

Bear Paw Development is excited to offer a new Business Revitalization Fund designed to help small businesses and nonprofits across our five-county region improve their buildings, enhance curb appeal, and support downtown revitalization efforts.

This fund provides zero-interest loans to assist with projects such as:

Façade and exterior improvements
Building repairs and updates
Projects that enhance the appearance or functionality of business properties

Loan Details

Loan amounts: $1,000 – $15,000
Zero percent interest
Dollar-for-dollar match required
Terms up to five years
One-time $250 application fee
Available to businesses and nonprofits
